All booked up for Bipolar UK Conference on Saturday 23rd of June. Going down overnight on Friday 22 nd by express Coach and coming home on Sunday 24 th. Booked in for one night a The Bridge Hotel it's a twin room so if another woman wants to stay with me it's paid for (cheaper than a single due to supplements etc.)
Him indoors is worried as per, I will be fine, went to Birmingham one alone in 2010, don't sweat pet!
I am aiming to get fitter and maybe lose some more weight before then,. From what I can recall London is always extra warm/hot in the summer. So being obese and unfit won't be a fun way to be down in the old smoke.
My weekend away is giving me a target to 1. do more walking 2. get fit 3. maybe lose some more weight 4. get my moods and bipolar put back on even keel again.

Lost 1/2 stone in 6 months not Dieting!
neglected my blog, got blogged off with no progress, back on track, low carb, low fat, high veggie and low GI seems to have paid off. more energy too, lower blood sugars 8.9mmol the lowest for a long time. blood pressure also good at 132/88, soo pleased with myself right now.
bipolar is treaing me unkind atm, mood swings, cycling thoughts, s/c and s/h ideations, with severe sleep deprivation after months and months of physical ill health and earth shattering pains. got some Zoplicone to help me sleep, worked for 2 nights now I am chipper and wide awake at 12.55 a.m.
so logging off again, night night, beepers, deaf folks and diabetic sufferers.
