Over a year since I blogged on here

Suffered major crash on diet and exercise front: all good plans came to nought!
Have been to Induction Session with NHS free exercise sessions for next 12 weeks fingers crossed.
Officially weighed in at 18 stones 9lds (with my shoes on.) So that is less than when I last posted here.
Also, attempting healthy eating plan and trying to get my blood sugars stabilised: very important indeed!
